I can't download my game and I can't see my library on ea app

I have only one account and I get my game from epic games before so it doesn't show up in the purchase history. 1 months ago I can play my game on the same pc but because of the error I couldn,'t run the game, then I try to delete and redownload the game but it didn't work either. As you can see in the screenshot I can view my game on epic games luncher but can't download it because of the problem in ea app.

I've the exact same issue. It just started to happen out of the blue. I haven't switched accounts or anything.

Tried to clear cache from the help menu, tried to reinstall the old fashion way. It doesn't work.

I am having the same issue. 1.) It says I do not own any games. Sometimes it shows a pop up saying my games have been removed due to the lack of subscription but I do not need a sub for sims4, which is the only game I own through EA.  2.) The EA app will let me look up games, 3.) but as soon as I click on them they become inaccessible and blank out. I have linked photos for each issue I have in order as numbered. I was also able to access it thought my xbox, that is linked to this account, May 23rd-28th, but since then have no longer been able to do so.

I have uninstalled reinstalled 3-4 times, checked my firewall, logged out and back in, removed all my mods and more. I even had a IT person take a look and redo all the steps I did, and he said its a problem within the app. It started May 22nd at midnight. Since then I have not been able to play sims4, which is disheartening because I dropped a ton of money into sims4.
