Hey @yagizhsgr can you do me a favour and check your purchase history to see if your purchases are reflected there. 

It may be the case that you have more than one EA account and have logged in on a secondary account

I have only one account and I get my game from epic games before so it doesn't show up in the purchase history. 1 months ago I can play my game on the same pc but because of the error I couldn,'t run the game, then I try to delete and redownload the game but it didn't work either. As you can see in the screenshot I can view my game on epic games luncher but can't download it because of the problem in ea app.
