Community ManagerHey @yagizhsgr can you do me a favour and check your purchase history to see if your purchases are reflected there.
It may be the case that you have more than one EA account and have logged in on a secondary account

I've the exact same issue. It just started to happen out of the blue. I haven't switched accounts or anything.
Tried to clear cache from the help menu, tried to reinstall the old fashion way. It doesn't work.
