I can't download my game and I can't see my library on ea app

Hi,

what can i do against that issue?

I open EA App, its loading slow.

As soon as the actual games etc are there (Shop), i try to switch to Library.

But there is nothing loaded (See Screenshot).

It states 38 Games at the top, but i get nothing below it, and also if i click a Game in the Shop Page, nothing loads.

I tried already the usual things, like launching Recovery, cleaning up the EA App files manually and fully reinstall - nothing helped.

To ensure it doesnt have to do with my Internet connection, i also switched to another - exactly the same Issue.

No clue whats going on...
