I cant launch games on ea app

So i have a problem because i bought ea play subscription and i donwnload  games. I downloaded "A way out" and "Unravel two" and when i try to launch them they are not launching. I dont know what to do please help. I tried to restart my computer i reinstalled ea app i changed my windows security to off and i reinstalled games.
