i cant link my steam acount to EA

Hello,

I am unable to link my Steam account to my EA account because I receive the following error message:

"Linked accounts were found. It is not possible to link your accounts because your Steam account 'Brunir' is already linked to the EA account ka*****@hotmail.com. During the lifetime of an EA account, only one Steam account can be linked to it."

The problem is that neither I nor any of my family members have access to this email address anymore, so I cannot log into that EA account or manage the existing Steam link.

Because of this, I am unable to connect my Steam account to my current EA account and cannot access EA games through Steam.

Could you please help me recover the account, update the linked email, or remove the existing Steam link so I can use my Steam account with EA services again?

    If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please reach out to our support team using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the EA Help page.

    To help verify ownership of the account, please have the following information ready:

    • the original email address on your EA Account
    • any usernames that are linked to your EA Account, like your EA ID, Xbox Live Gamertag, or PlayStation™Network Online ID
    • any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app.

    Having this information available can help make the recovery process smoother.

    Regarding unlinking your account, please note that your game progress is stored at the EA account level. If you link your Steam account to a different EA Account, any entitlements, like in-game rewards, points, and items, will remain on the EA Account that your Steam account was first linked to.

    You can't move your games or personas to another account yourself. If you decide to merge your accounts, contact our support.
