Hello.
1. Open an incognito window (window) in your web browser. Access the official EA login portal (ea.com). Do not enter your email address. Instead, click the Steam icon button at the bottom of the login page and log in using your Steam credentials. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and update/reset your password through this specific route.
2.Check your account linking (connection information): After logging in, go to the "Connections" tab in the left menu. Make sure the correct Steam account is displayed there. Note: If you find that Steam is linked to an older EA account that you no longer use, you will first need to "unlink" it from this tab, and then relink it to the EA account you are currently using as your main account.
3. Clear the EA App cache and restart: From Windows Task Manager, completely close Steam and the EA App. Open the EA App and click the three lines (menu) in the upper left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache. Reopen Steam as administrator and start the game again.
