i cant play EA Play games even though i have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Summarize your bug i have a Xbox game pass ultimate and whenever i try to install an EA Play games from my Xbox app the app would take me to the EA desktop and show me that i need to Join EA Play in order to play the game, i already linked my Xbox account with EA account
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to install any EA Play games from Xbox app and link your account with pre-existing EA account and it will give you a message to Join EA Play games to play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? it will be unable to install any EA Play games even though you already have Xbox game pass
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to download the EA Play games
