I can't submit my refund request
Hello, I bought Battlefield 4 yesterday, but I'm not very satisfied with it. When I tried to request a refund on the Refund Tool today, I found that after clicking the "Confirm and Submit" button, it kept spinning and couldn't complete the submission of the refund request.

You should talk to EA support, they should assist you with the refund process.
