I can't use the money in my ea wallet

A few months ago, I used a gift card to put money in my wallet. I purchased a Sims pack with some of it and it went fine.

A few weeks later, I tried to buy another pack with the remaining money in my wallet + my debit card. I ticked the box "use my wallet" + entered all the info for my debit card and clicked "pay", but I received a message in the app saying there was an error and the payment didn't go through. After several tries, I gave up and payed entirely with my debit card and it went fine.

Now I'm trying again to buy a Sims pack with my wallet and I get the same message saying the payment doesn't go through.

I saw that sometimes it's because personnal informations are incorrect, but if that was the case here, it wouldn't have worked the first time, so I'm kinda lost.
