i have a issue with the ea app crashing and saying ea app crashed unexpectedly

every time i try to start the app after like 1 or 2 second the app crash and the message ea app crashed unexpectedly appear i try a lot of think here is a list of what i tried 

 1) Start EA Background Service
 2) Run EA App Updater, if successful, disable EA App Update and EA Background Service to avoid error in future, you can enable EA Update anytime you want. 
3) Update Windows to the latest version 
4) Run EA App as an administrator
5) Close all EA process in task manager 
6) Clear EA App Cache
7) Repair EA App 
8) Uninstall & Reinstall EA App 
9) Close all third-party apps and background apps, perform cleanboot
