I have DLC（The Sims 4: Cottage Living） but unable to play!

I have already bought 《The Sims 4: Cottage Living》, the main menu also indicates "I have this content package", but enter the game shows "you don't have the content"!  What can I do to solve this ?:...

    Okay, let's uninstall and reinstall The Sims 4 and your DLC, let me know how that works for you.

In your game library in the EA App if you click on The Sims 4 and select Manage-> Manage Add-Ons, is Cottage Living showing here as installed, or just owned?

    Thanks for checking- let's clear the cache for the EA App with these steps and then run a repair on The Sims 4. To repair the game, from your game library, click the 3 dots on top right corner of the game tile for Sims 4, and you'll see repair there. 

    Let me know if you see Cottage Living in-game once you've tried this.
