Okay, let's uninstall and reinstall The Sims 4 and your DLC, let me know how that works for you.
Community ManagerThanks for checking- let's clear the cache for the EA App with these steps and then run a repair on The Sims 4. To repair the game, from your game library, click the 3 dots on top right corner of the game tile for Sims 4, and you'll see repair there.

@EA_Solaire Yeah! The game can run normally! I was uninstall and reinstall the game and all DLC twice!
At the first time, the network is stuttering, and the download phase is often stuck, so all my DLC does not display properly...
The second time, the network is normal, there is no pause while downloading, then they're all running normally! 🙌
