I downloaded a few expansion packs last night and have been having trouble getting them to download ever since. I have cleared the cache multiple times, I've tried logging out, and even deleted the EA app multiple times. I even deleted the Sims 4 game multiple times to see if that would help. No matter what I do I can't get any of the packs to download, they all stop and say the installation failed at around 72%, at some point it said that they were all downloaded but then when I would go into Sims 4 nothing would show up and it would say that they weren't actually downloaded. I know a few other people are having this exact same issue, I've looked at other people's comments to see if anything they recommended would work such as going into CAS and doing whatever from there or trying to fix the game itself. I'm just really frustrated and want to use these new packs. If anyone else has other recommendations that would be extremely helpful, thank you.
I’m having the same problem. Bought 2 packs and they both stop at 72% and say installation error. Tried everything I’ve been able to find. Hopefully there’s a solution soon.
