I've been trying and struggling with my and Help.EA has been totally useless. I wanted to install the Romantic Garden Stuff and the My First Pets Stuff while they were free. During the process, it would get up to 74% and then it would say "Installation Error. Try again in a little bit." I then tried buying Snowy Escape and I received the same message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, closed all background programs, cleared the cache, cleared temp files from my computer, Run as Administrator, and none of these made a difference. Every time I reach out on Help.EA, I just get a different overseas agent every time and have to explain again.
Can anyone at EA help? I don't have access to Snow Escape, which I paid for. On the Sims Start Page, the 3 programs all show up in My Packs, but when I open the game, none of the content appears.
