I keep getting installation error everytime I install a pack

Hi, I recently purchased the sim's packs - Get to Work, High School Years, Dine Out and Werewolves.

However, once I tried to download them I realized they wouldn't install, getting to 72% before popping up with an "Installation error message."

I have tried all the troubleshooting options advised by both EA and the internet, repairing the game and the EA app, reinstalling both, clearing cache, running as an administrator, rebooting my computer etc and nothing fixed this.  How do I get my packs to install?
