I just cleaned up on my pc and now I cannot play Sims 4.

I says Installation failed. I have tried restarting EA app and also repairing it. Still the same issue. I may have accidentally deleted something vital.But in the EA app I can still see the Sims 4 and chose to install (and all my add ons are also there).

What do I do now?
