I keep getting installation error everytime I install a pack

Hello Everyone!

Yesterday I bought the Get Together Expansion pack on the EA app and right after that, as I was trying to install the pack, it said"Installation Error". So I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the EA app to see if that would work and it didn't. The second thing I did was clear the cache from the app recovery, and it still said the same thing. I tried pretty much everything to get the pack installed but nothing seems to work. I don't know if it had to do with the cc/mods or that I have windows 7, but it's not working for me. Please help me if there is any way possible! Thank you!

    Hey, I just got a new laptop, and went to install/download all my sims 3 expansion packs. However the last two that I have purchased Into the future and Movie stuff, which I purchased directly from EA gives me an error message. I'm not really sure what to do, I really don't want to buy them again. I have added a picture of the error message.

    I just recently bought Sims 3 Ambitions. I've tried installing it through the EA app, but I keep getting an error message saying "installation error" 

    How do I get past this error so I can download my game?
