I lost all of my packs.

All my packs that I’ve purchased over the years no longer show on the sims, and they’re no longer showing in my purchase history either. I do have photos in my bank app, where you can see the names and prices of the packs I purchased. 

Has anyone had this problem? I’ve cleared my cache, redownloaded the app, and checked if it’s the right account. I’m on a Mac.

    I'm sorry to hear about that. If you're unable to find your purchased content, please reach out to EA Help Support for further assistance. They should be able to verify your purchases and assist you further with that.

    Ea help has been no help. I’ve tried their live chat, Twitter and Facebook, and I haven’t gotten any further.

    If you mean calling then no, I haven’t yet. I should probably get on that. But the live chat on EA help has been of no use. They keep referring me to unrelated topics sadly ;(
