The EA App won't open

Hi I've had this problem for about a week now where the EA App won't open on my Mac. I'm honestly not sure what happened I just know that one day I was playing my game and then the next day it wouldn't even start up. The app bounces on my screen like it wants to open but then does nothing.

I have already tried re-downloading the app several times, I have plenty of storage so I know that's not an issue and I have restarted my computer multiple times. I truly think the problem is coming from the EA App Launcher but for some reason I'm not able to delete it.
