I need help with my EA ID and actually talk to a real person.

I need help correcting my EA ID on the EA side. Every so often I can not connect to EA servers and the issue is directly related to EA automatic changing my EA ID. Once I change my EA ID back to the correct ID, it will let me connect to the EA servers. Sometimes this takes me hours to get my EA ID to change to the correct ID. I have tried reaching out to EA with the terrible support and as of now I have not had any luck with actually getting this resolved. I need help and need to talk to an actually member of the support staff. Any idea on how to talk to an actually support member? The live chat and email option has not worked for me.
