I need to cancel a requested refund.

Hello! Today I bought the Sims 1 and Sims 2 bundle. After installing them, I tried to play Sims 1. I couldn't! The game wouldn't open. I asked for a refund for the bundled purchase. But then, by following some videos on Youtube, I managed to open Sims 1 (which shouldn't be necessary for a game I just bought, but oh well, I'll let it go). I went to the "My Cases" section and cancelled the refund case. But it still says "In Process"! What do I do? Can I rest assured that the game won't disappear from my Library, or do I need to do something else?
I need to cancel the refund request, I want to keep the game!
