I'm highly upset with this app !

I can't even open the EA app to get on Sims4 and play. Every time I try it says something is wrong with my Wifi and that I should try again and even when I do it still does not even let me play. ...

SAME HERE! Can't even reinstall the app. Nothing works! It won't work on my PS4 either.... keeps saying I'm not connected to internet....yet here I am! 😡
