I'm not able to get into my sims 4 game

I'm not able to access my sims 4 game. Every time I try to open it the EA app comes up and says I need to enter a verification code that was sent to an email I don't have access to. I've tried to unlink my EA account from my Steam account but it's not working, and I have no idea what to do. I deleted and redownloaded the EA app and it's still not working. Please help.
