So let me get this right, it's not possible to play Sims 4 when your internet connection is down?
I checked all my games from other gaming companies like Steam, Big Fish, PopCap etc, and every other game I own is possible for me to start and play in offline mode (except for one or two multiplayer games). But not a single game from Electronic Arts. Not even the tiny ones that are almost twenty years old, like Zuma's Revenge. Nope, not possible.
What is the reasoning behind this inane decision, besides pi$$ing off your customers?
I have the day off and was finally planning on getting a chance to play Sims4 Growing Together, at the same time my ISP have scheduled maintenance.
I swear, not another penny from me into your pockets.

Click the 3 bars in the EA App then click Go Offline.

I have been trying to get a response for this as well for over 2 weeks. Here's one of my threads about it.

If Steam is in offline mode, or has no internet connection, the EA App refuses to authenticate as far as I can tell. I have been trying for WEEKS.
