Summarize your bug Unable to choose "play offline"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Chose the "offline" choice as opposed to staying online
What happens when the bug occurs? EA app appears, can't chose "offline"
What do you expect to see? expect to be able to use MY game offline should I select that option.
I have reinstalled, repaired, complete mod removal, and performed complete replacement of the EA app and The SIMS 4 game several times and get this result. The above mentioned is always the same result since the recent December 2023 update. If you don't want the game owners to play offline, then please announce such and remove that menu option. When I purchase a program and receive updates, I do not expect to experience bugs the parent company has not worked out, to the point to where I have to check forums and other "fix" sites to solve this myself. I seems other customers feel the same way. This is exactly why I don't purchase and of the add-ons or packs, regardless of discounts. At this point I prefer to receive no additional packs for "free". If this error isn't resolved in the near future then don't contact me with SIMS 5, or any other EA product. This is not real customer service; it's take the money and run.

@Temper_temper The UI is slightly buggy, but the offline button is still there if you know where to look. Point your mouse between More Info and Disconnect and the space will be selected in gray. If you click on it the pop up will open asking you to confirm to go Offline.
