Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

Don't want to spam too much, but it seems that the EA App just updated (I just cleaned the cache, again) and now I get the EC:204 error (Licence expired) when I try to start the game in offline mode. The EA App version is the 13.152.0.5665.
