Instalation of new purchase

I purchase couple games ,when traying to install I cant chose english langage just russian or polish, whats wrong?

    The languages available for installation are related to the version of the game purchased. If you purchased the game through the EA app and believe you got the incorrect version, please contact EA Help Support for further assistance.
