Installation Error

So I was having an issue with not being able to play my households. I was able to log in, click the map and house, then it would load, then kick me back to the map. So I decided to repair everything. But for some reason, Realm of Magic will not repair. It stops at 86% then gives me an error. I cleaned out my saved games, cache, and mods, I restarted my computer, checked that the servers were online, and I checked that the file, GP08, was located with the other pack files. It was all there. It still will not repair. What should I do?

I am on a Mac, and the game is downloaded on the EA app.
