Installed game on Hard Drive, Tried using on new PC, did not recognize game

Installed game on Hard Drive, Tried using on new PC, did not recognize game.

Installed game on Old computer. Reinstalled game on Hard Drive. Worked fine

Bought new computer, plugged in Hard Drive to the New Computer, Says game not installed - wants me to reinstall.

I have tried changing downloads to the correct folder on the Hard Drive, I have restarted several times, I don't want to reinstall the game, especially when everything is correct on the hard drive.

When I sync the Hard Drive to the Old computer, there are no issues.

When Hard Drive plugged into the new computer, EA games simply says it is not installed, "something went wrong, retry or contact EA support", 

So I am contacting EA support
