Internet crash when downloading on ea app

When i start a download on ea app (and only on ea app) my internet just go slowly to 0b/s every minutes and after 30 seconds my internet go back to 20 Mo/s and affect my whole pc then it repeats itself all time. I've already reinstalled the app, deleted the cache, checked my wifi card and followed all instruction from  EA FAQ.

The problem started to occured last week.
