My EA ID: barmatushechka

My Game: SimCity 2013 Complete Edition

My EA App version: 13.121.0.5634 (79236-6f6219ae9f)

My EA report ID: 9d51ca9d-2ae5-42a6-8a72-7fcda0eb87a5 (report from 2024/01/25)

On 2024/01/09 I purchased an activation key for SimCity Complete Edition, then activated it as a Complete Edition, but in my library the game shows that I only have SimCity Standard Edition with activated add-ons, but the game is missing the heros and villains set from Complete Editon, and maybe other content is missing, don't know yet.

I haven’t been able to use the game fully for 30 days now, my request for help by email to the support service did not bring me any solution to my problem, i found cases like mine that happened also in the last year, i don’t understand why EA still didn't solve this problem.
