[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

I bought Plants vs. Zombies on an older computer with this account.  I have a new laptop and EA App is telling me I have to buy the game again because it claims I don't own it. You people either need make this right or give a refund based on the amount I paid for the game. Its bad enough I have to fight uphill with both hands to make the Sims work after I was forced to jump from Origin(who I never had an issue with) but this is just stupid. Why would I pay twice for the same game? Especially one as old as Plants vs. freaking Zombies. Get it together.
