Missing games: The Sims 3 and all expansion packs

Date first started: 5/23/24

App version: 13.207.0.5720

I never had this problem before with origin, have not played my games in a while, but they are no longer in my library and when I click on the thumbnail on my desktop I get an error of You don't have access.  This is very frustrating as I bought and paid for the base game, and used origin to buy and pay for all the expansion packs. I would be very appreciative if this problem was fixed promptly.
