[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

  • The date when this issue first started: 05/25/2024

  • Your current EA app version: 13.220.0.5733 (84274-3a1749991f)

  • Your EA app Error Reporter ID: 805d028e-9777-4d2b-b817-3491c9cf12c9, I can't find the other one.
  • EA Error Code: 10500; 204; 20403
  • Additional Information: I have uninstalled and reinstalled EA Sports and that is when I received the Error Codes, previously I didn't receive any error codes, the game just wouldn't launch.
