[INVESTIGATION] Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024) - Non-Temporary

Handful of games: Sims3 + nearly all DLCs, Spore + DLC, Simcity, Mass Effect 2. Likely more but keeping it short.

Date: Today after downloading EA app after years of not using Origin.

App version: 13.297.0.5810 (88275-48f9480e0f)

App says account is from 2016 so pretty sure it's the right one.

Order history shows nothing, I can see a profile thing linked to Spore in one of the menus.

Did a restart and clear cache and repair, no dice.
