No games showing. Last game I added was Star War Jedi Survivor as I got it free with my
AMD 7700X CPU. I have other games missing as well. All the Dead Space games and
others too but I can't remember them all because I haven't accessed my account since I
play Jedi Survivor.
Can someone please help. This app is trash. Why change it when the old one was working
just fine. And you expect me to make a fresh purchase from your store when I can't even
access my old titles? If it aint broken, don't fix.
Until I get my games restored I will NEVER purchase a single game from EA. I have tried all
the so-called tips for resolving this. Restarting windows, logging out and back into the app,
I even tried the Ctrl,Alt,Del method of shutting down the background app but all that did was
shut the app down the same as shutting it down via the taskbar. Nothing has worked. I am
deeply annoyed about this. Can't believe all my games are gone. They don't even show
as little individual squares in my library. It just doesn't show anything. SAys my library is
empty.
Like hell it is... Bloody EA, what a trash company. Got your money an don't care about your
customers.
