Ipad Issues

I was playing fine with pogo games on my ipad then all of a sudden I got this message from safari that it  can't open the page because it couldn't establish a secure connection to the server.  I have cleared my history, deleted the app, turned on and off my ipad.  Nothing is helping.  Suggestions?
