Issue with cloud sync, repair and launch game errors

No matter the game I play, either be Dragon Age Inquisition or Battlefield 2042, I am unable to synchronize the game to the cloud after closing it. I receive the same message everytime. I also receive an error message when attempting to repair games (see attached) which is followed by the "repairing..." buttom being grayed out with nothing happening forcing me to relaunch the platform (see attached). After relaunching the app, I''m still stuck with the "Repairing..." grayed out.

Also, sometimes I start the EA app, then I get a dark blue screen for a long time which results in the error message "couldn't connect to servers" (see attached).

I have also attached a file showing that my internet/network is pretty stable. I don't use any proxy or vpn or firewall other than windows.
