Issue with EA App - Games Showing as "Not Currently Playable"

Hello,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the EA App. Several games, including Star Wars Battlefront II, Crysis, and others, are showing as "Not Currently Playable" in the EA App, despite these games being available with my EA Play membership through Xbox Game Pass. Some games are fine to download and don't have this issue, but several in the EA App do.

Account Information:
Platform: PC via EA Play and Xbox Game Pass

Issue Description:
When I try to install or play various games like Star Wars Battlefront II and Crysis, they show as "Not Currently Playable" in the EA App. This issue is consistent across multiple games, not just one.

Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Already Taken:
Relinked my EA account to Xbox Game Pass multiple times.
Reinstalled the EA App and cleared the cache.
Checked EA’s System Status, and the games are not listed as having any ongoing issues.

Request for Assistance:
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
