When I try to purchase kits on the EA app, it tells me that they are having issues with the cart and will not allow me to purchase when I try to bypass the cart. When I try through the Sims platform, it shows error code 54001, and says to try a different payment method, even though it did not even take me to the payment page.
Also, I get the error code #pricenotfound
There is another post I am following, some of us purchased items recently (last night) and EA shows the payment has failed but we have been charged through our bank. My guess is they are having issues but no official confirmation yet.
It won't even let me on the payment page :/ I tried adding to cart and I get an error stating "We're having issues updating the cart" and then when I try to purchase bypassing the cart, it shows the error code 54001 or #PRICENOTFOUND before even going to the payment page.
