Issues with EA Play Application - Unable to Launch Game and see Friends

Hi EA Support,

I'm experiencing multiple issues with the EA Play app that I’ve been unable to resolve over the past three days.

1. Game Library Issue: My EA Play application isn't functioning correctly. I have only one game installed (Battlefield 2042), and the game library appears blank. Please see the attached screenshot. I cannot launch the game from the EA Play app and have to manually run BF.exe from Program Files/EA/Battlefield2042.
   
   

2. Friends List Issue: My friends list is not loading or reloading, which prevents my friends from seeing or joining me in the game.
   
   

3. Support Request Issue: I'm unable to submit a support request via the EA Play app as it’s not working either. Hence, I'm reaching out here.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Removed and reinstalled the EA Play app.
• Cleared the cache.
• Rebooted my PC multiple times.

System Information:

• PC
• Windows 11
• Ryzen 5900x
• 3080TI
• 32GB Memory

Despite these steps, the issues persist. Please advise on how I can resolve these problems.
