Jedi Survivor: Cannot download

EA Support:

I cannot download Jedi: Survivor.  The EA App download manager stops at "Preparing" and eventually declares an error: "Something went wrong". 

Here is what I have done:

1) Remove and reinstall the EA app several times

2) Perform App Recovery from within the EA App and using the external app

3) This is on a Windows 10 PC and Jedi: Survivor was a Preorder

4) I recently downloaded and installed Jedi: Fallen Order, so the problem is specific to Jedi: Survivor

I would appreciate if you could investigate this.
