Community ManagerWhen you uninstalled the game, did you also remove any of the DLC packs? There is a possibility that something like this will happen if the DLC or the game serial number is obtained from an unofficial source, which will then change the whole version of the game.
Yes I did completely uninstall all DLCs and all files. And the game and all packs were purchased via Origin
