Community ManagerYour game has been activated using a serial number that includes only the Czech, Polish, and Russian language packs. It seems that the team may have overlooked this if you previously activated a different version with an EA Play membership, etc. Now that the game is free for all users, I recommend contacting the support team again and asking them to remove the old version of the game from your account. This will allow you to activate and download the free version.
Ok, just one question. If one was to do as you have outlined to ask support to remove existing copy of game from account, how would it affect DLCs and "progression" (I mean challenges, gallery and etc.)?
