I got onto origin, had to change to this desktop version of some new EA app and get rid of origin. Now, I can't get my SIMS3 game to launch and my exchange store stuff and packs won't work. I can't even log in to the Sims from the game's opening launch screen.
And when I went to try and get help from EA through my desktop via the internet and its been o a white, blank loading screen both on the "contact us" page and the one directly to this crappy app.
I tried all your "fixes" and nothing worked.
All I wanted was a nice, relaxing stress-free night on my Sims game before I have to go find out if my debilitating chronic disease is no longer responding to treatment, and starting new treatment is far from easy, let alone simple or stress-free.
And now, I'm pissed off, stressed tf out and having an anxiety attack, flare-up symptoms and a migraine that comes when my immune system eats away at my brain because stress, anxiety and all this crap amps up immunal response, just like ot does for any other human.
If they switched crap, they need to make sure IT WORKS first. And FORCING an unwanted, unnecessary switch to something that CLEARLY doesn’t WORK is seriously f.cked up.
So, any other bright ideas on correcting such a massive screw-up, or are none of us going to be able to access our games we all paid for?
