Library not shown, "Game preparing"

Hello EA!

- Cleared cache via app: No success

- Repaired with insatller: No success

- Uninstalled app, removed all EA*-Folders in User-Folder (Roaming, LocalLow, Local), installed app: No success

Whats next? Reinstall Windows? Buy a new PC? Is there a "EA App Stability DLC for 4,99$"?

In my case, using a VPN fixed the problem. There is a routing problem with EA servers and Telekom. If you use a VPN (in my case a self hosted VPN in France), you force another routing path. In the past, I only used this for Apex Legends (check google for "Apex Packet Loss Telekom EA routing" or similar) and it actually fixed the packet loss problem. But this also seems to fix the problem with not loading assets for the EA App Library. Very funky. If you have access to a free VPN or a trial, just check it out and please report here if it works for you.

I was having the same sorts of issues not showing my library, I found it strange did some testing and re-installing / restarting of the App you know the drill from what I read of your issues.

I am in A.U. and to fix my library issue I had to completely stop the VPN.

I did test 2 different protocols WireGuard  and  OpenVPN while using the VPN and it wouldn't display library / games at all with either.

It is a weird problem though it displays games you can buy and everything else that I can see bar the library.

I hardly ever need to turn the VPN off for anything apart from a couple of online game selling sites, it works fine with Banking , PayPal , ebay and so on.

Yeah but in my case is it has to be off completely.
