Library wont load after clearing cache

I originally cleared my cache so a new sims dlc I bought would download, but that lead to another issue. Now my games will not show up anymore

I tried hours after since I thought it could be a server issue, but it did not work,. Also tried re opening the program, restarting it and clearing the cache again, but all my games are gone and I can not open any of them from my desktop. Do I need to fully re install the EA app? will this cause it so I have to re download all my games since that would take hours.
