Lost Access to BF VI after account merger

I merged two accounts after accidentally creating a new account to get BF VI through the Intel Gamer Days offer. The game worked and I actually installed it on two PCs. After merger I was told that my old account with BF V also had BF VI but I was unable to see it in the library. Trying to play the already installed BF VI on either PC would give me an error, game is attached to another account. Numerous tickets later the issue is unresolved and has been reported as bug. I have tried a few things such as;

Clearing Cache

Uninstall App

Uninstalling BF VI (unable to reinstall of course)

Customer chat tells me the game is attached to my account in addition to BF V but on neither PC is that viewable in the library of the App. My purchase history also does not show it, perhaps because it was a Intel Gamer Days download? So I have been unable to play BF VI since launch day!

    Hello MikaelSosa, unfortunately this sounds like an Account issue and there isn't much we can do about it here in the EA Forums.

    Make sure to also report the issue via EA app if possible.
    - EA app -> Top left menu -> Help -> EA error reporter.

    Have you tried to install the EA app on other PCs to see if the issue is still there?
    You may also try creating a new Windows Profile.

    If none of these did it, please keep in touch with our EA Game Advisors, as they will be able to look into this for you.
