Community ManagerHello MikaelSosa, unfortunately this sounds like an Account issue and there isn't much we can do about it here in the EA Forums.
Make sure to also report the issue via EA app if possible.
- EA app -> Top left menu -> Help -> EA error reporter.
Have you tried to install the EA app on other PCs to see if the issue is still there?
You may also try creating a new Windows Profile.
If none of these did it, please keep in touch with our EA Game Advisors, as they will be able to look into this for you.
